AudioDub.ai provides AI-powered audio translation, voice dubbing, and multilingual content creation tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. AudioDub.ai will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
You retain ownership of all content you upload, submit, or create using the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant AudioDub.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your User Content solely to provide the Service to you. You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights.
You agree not to use the Service to: • Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing on third-party rights • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks • Use the Service to generate synthetic voices for deception, fraud, or non-consensual impersonation • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AudioDub.ai and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent. The AI models, algorithms, and underlying technology remain the sole property of AudioDub.ai.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. All fees are stated in USD and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with reasonable notice. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AudioDub.ai does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of AI-generated audio output.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AudioDub.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to AudioDub.ai in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
